My Mouth’s On Fire is a feature length documentary project on iconoclastic Canadian poet, musician, artist, and publisher bill bissett which aims to capture, what poet Steve McCaffery calls bissett’s “forces of flow and intensity.” Drawing from an abundance of archival media, as well as contemporary footage, the film is inspired by the collage aesthetics exemplified by bissett’s pioneering blewointment publications from the 1960s and 1970s.
